Thomas Baumgartner


Thomas Baumgartner advises national and international clients on a wide variety of aspects of compliance and corporate governance. Due to his many years of experience in the areas of dispute resolution and white-collar crime, his consultancy work focuses on internal investigations, crisis management and the examination and enforcement of possible directors’ and officers’ liability claims. In addition, he supports companies in implementing tailor-made compliance programs and in assessing the effectiveness and further development of existing compliance management systems and organizations.
