Julia Kahlenberg advises national and international clients on the design and implementation of compliance management systems and the establishment of governance organizations. Her consulting focus lies in the areas of strategic and organizational compliance and the establishment of integrated assurance systems. She develops tailor-made compliance risk analyses and supports companies in the global implementation of individualized action plans.
Her work also focuses on assessing the effectiveness of existing compliance management systems and organizations, in particular in the context of DoJ/SEC or World Bank monitorships, as well as conducting internal and external investigations.
