Sascha Kuhn is a lawyer, certified mediator and supervisor.
He advises companies on highly sensitive compliance, governance and workplace matters with a particular focus on internal and hybrid investigations.
His practice includes the investigation of allegations of fraud, conflicts of interest, compliance violations, sexual misconduct, discrimination and other forms of misconduct involving employees and executives. He regularly leads national and cross-border investigations and supports companies in addressing complex matters at the intersection of law, corporate culture and leadership.
As a certified mediator and supervisor, he has extensive experience in conducting sensitive interviews with whistleblowers, complainants, executives and other stakeholders. His approach combines legal precision with a structured, fact-based and people-centred interviewing methodology.
In addition, he advises companies on compliance frameworks, whistleblowing systems, regulatory investigations and data protection issues arising in the context of internal investigations.
