In this article, the two experts explain that management and supervisory boards of medium-sized and smaller companies also increasingly have to deal with the question of compliance obligations and their concrete scope. In addition to possible criminal liability towards the general public, business managers are focusing on the legality and compliance organization obligations to protect their own company and its assets, especially when it comes to the misconduct of their own employees is at stake.
