Tim Uschkereit advises national and international clients on public and regulatory law, in particular on environmental, planning and aviation law, compliance issues, compliance and ESG audits and investigations.

One focus of his work is advising on issues relating to the implementation of regulatory requirements in companies and environmental compliance, including ESG/EHS issues and compliance in the supply chain. He has particular experience in advising companies on legally and politically complex issues in licensing, environmental and public commercial law.
