Pohlmann & Company comprehensively advise the Supervisory Board of TÜV SÜD AG in this connection. Previously, Pohlmann & Company had also supported TÜV SÜD in the organisation and establishment of crisis management (see also the articles in JUVE and GIR), for which Pohlmann & Company’s many years of experience in dealing with Brazilian authorities and companies was just as helpful as its expertise, which also extends to business processes, in quickly setting up suitable processes and structures, setting up so-called “situation rooms” and bundling communication with authorities, the media and stakeholders.
