24./25.05.2019: IV. International Forum “Effective Compliance”
On 24 and 25 May 2019, the IV. International Forum “Effective Compliance – International Practice and Standards” will take place in Rome.
The annual event has meanwhile developed into a relevant business meeting for compliance specialists from Central and Eastern Europe (including Azerbaijan, Ukraine, Latvia, Republic of Belarus, Georgia, Russia, Armenia, Moldova, Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan).
This year, the Forum participants will discuss best practices in the implementation of programs to combat corporate fraud and corruption, the practice of building internal audit systems, financial investigations and other compliance procedures, and also consider various anti-corruption business protection schemes and examples from international and national judicial practice.
Julia Kahlenberg will give a presentation on “Independent Monitoring”.
