“If you’re looking for advice, I’ll give it to you in plain language – well thought out, structured and at eye level. Good advice doesn’t start with a paragraph, but with listening and asking questions. And it doesn’t end with an analysis – but with a real solution.”

Sascha Kuhn is a lawyer, certified mediator and supervisor.
He advises companies on highly sensitive legal and corporate strategy issues with a focus on internal and hybrid investigations, white-collar crime, data protection and compliance.

As an experienced defense lawyer in complex criminal and civil proceedings, he also supports his clients in the defense and assertion of claims under civil law in connection with criminal offenses. He regularly conducts national and international internal investigations and hybrid investigations – in particular in cases of suspected white-collar crime, MeToo incidents or data protection violations.

A particular focus of his work lies in supporting companies in the development of sustainable compliance structures and in dealing with difficult case constellations at the interface of law, corporate culture and leadership. In his role as a mediator and supervisor, he works with managers and teams on issues of error culture, integrity and organizational conflict behavior.
