Deutsches Aktieninstitut (DAI) conference on the latest developments in compliance
The consequences of the corona pandemic and the events surrounding Wirecard have kept companies intensively occupied in 2020. But German and European legislative initiatives also have an impact on corporate compliance. The planned Act on Corporate Sanctioning, the draft law to strengthen financial market integrity and the various sustainability initiatives at EU level are examples.
