Henrikje Buroh advises clients in the areas of preventive compliance and internal investigations as well as on all issues of commercial criminal law. Her focus is on structuring and conducting internal investigations in a national and international context, with a particular focus on incidents in connection with MeToo. In addition, she advises companies on the design, implementation and review of compliance management systems, in particular with regard to supply chain law requirements, corruption prevention and whistleblower systems.
