JUVE: Pohlmann gains Noerr partner in Munich
On November 1, 2021, Pohlmann & Company will expand its Munich office with an experienced partner in white-collar criminal law: Dr. Martin Schorn (43) joins from Noerr, where he has worked for 13 years, most recently as a salary partner.
He focuses on IT criminal law, in particular advising on cyber attacks and criminal data protection requirements. Schorn’s range of advice also includes corruption, money laundering, foreign trade criminal law and criminal product liability.
“This is the second time Pohlmann has gained a Noerr lawyer for its Munich office: at the beginning of 2020, Uwe Erling joined the firm as a reinforcement in environmental law and environmental compliance and litigation. […] The Munich office is thus growing steadily and catching up with the founding Frankfurt office. Prior to Schorn, a counsel had already joined the firm in the spring: Carola Stark (37), a corporate lawyer with litigation experience, previously worked at Arnecke Sibeth Dabelstein.”
