The recognized team provides international and interdisciplinary advice primarily on corporate governance, compliance audits, ESG, environmental law, supply chain issues, whistleblower protection and monitorships. Andreas Pohlmann heads the team with many years of experience in the broad spectrum of compliance and is supported by Thomas Lüthi (compliance management systems and business partner audits), Nicole Willms (corporate law and whistleblower systems) and Uwe Erling (administrative and environmental law). Internal investigations

‘Even though Pohlmann & Company’s focus is clearly on preventative compliance advice, management and supervisory boards also benefit from the team’s in-depth expertise in the context of internal investigations, compliance crises and liability issues. Practice head Andreas Pohlmann advises on the duties and obligations of corporate bodies and board members, while Nicole Willms is active in connection with whistleblower systems, internal investigations and the enforcement of disciplinary measures, Julia Kahlenberg focuses on Asia-specific compliance and investigations and Martin Schorn advises on criminal investigations and fine proceedings. The former practice group head Horst Schlemminger (environmental law, real estate law) retired in April 2023.”
