The FOCUS recommendation list “Germany’s Top Business Law Firms 2026” has been published—and we are very pleased to announce that Pohlmann & Company is among the top business law firms recommended by FOCUS for 2026 in the area of compliance.
“Law firm and consulting in one”—this philosophy shapes our daily work. We combine legal precision with entrepreneurial thinking to create an integrated advisory approach. Both domestic and international clients benefit from the fact that we consistently integrate legal and strategic perspectives and implement them under one roof.
The “Top Corporate Law Firms” list is compiled by FOCUS-Business in collaboration with FactField, a Burda subsidiary, which serves as an independent research partner. The ranking is based on an annual online survey of approximately 26,000 attorneys, who can recommend up to 20 law firms in each of up to 24 practice areas that they consider particularly competent. Self-recommendations and recommendations within one’s own law firm network are consistently excluded; supplementary telephone interviews further ensure the quality of the results. The frequency of recommendations per practice area is evaluated—the law firms with the most mentions are considered “very frequently” or “frequently recommended by colleagues.” All law firms included in the final list are also reviewed by FactField’s editorial team to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of their information. Participation in the survey and inclusion in the list are free of charge for the law firms; this is intended to provide a neutral, objective picture of the legal market.
