36th International Conference on the FCPA
As posted before, the “36th International Conference on the FCPA” took place in Washington D.C. from 4-5.12.2019. Participants were high-ranking representatives of public authorities, companies and external consultants. There was an intensive exchange on current topics and developments in the areas of compliance and law enforcement.
Together with Josh Drew, Group Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer (VEON), and Iris E. Bennett, Partner (Smith Pachter McWhorter PLC), our partner, Dr. Andreas Pohlmann, participated in a panel discussion on “Inside a Monitorship from Start to Finish: Important Lessons on Compliance and Remediation”.
The panel was moderated by Kimberly A. Parker, Partner (Wilmer Hale).
