Fields of activity

Conducting complex and international investigations, including in connection with regulatory investigations and within supply chains:

  • Planning & accompanying crisis communication
  • Interviewing & fact-finding/evaluation
  • Corporate and individual defense & criminal litigation
  • Stakeholder management & reporting
  • E-Discovery & Forensic Data Analysis Remediation
  • Derivation from investigation results for the improvement of compliance management systems

Your profile

  • Fully qualified lawyer with above-average exams
  • At least five years of professional experience, of which at least 3 in the field of internal investigations
  • Team spirit & independence
  • English & other foreign language
  • Willingness to travel & learn

Research assistant (m/f/x)

Compliance & Corporate Governance

Your tasks

  • Research & expert opinions on specific issues | Criminal, corporate, environmental, energy & European law
  • Support with ongoing preventive & investigative mandates | Presentations, reports, pleadings
  • Document review & Recording of interviews
  • Editing & translation (DE-EN) | Lectures & articles in scientific journals
  • Correspondence with authorities & compliance due diligence Audits of international business partners using our own compliance database

Your profile

  • Trainee lawyer / doctoral candidate in law | above average 1st state examination
  • Interest in & experience with compliance topics
  • Confident handling of MS-Office & very good German/English skills
  • Independent team player with good communication skills
