Mariia Goncharova studied translation and interpreting (B.Sc.) at the Alfred Nobel University in Dnipro, Ukraine and business administration (B.A.) at the Philipps University in Marburg. She worked as a management assistant for a private bank and as an event manager for various automobile manufacturers. In addition to Russian and Ukrainian as her native languages, she speaks German and English.

Mariia Goncharova has been a team assistant at Pohlmann & Company since 2019 and is responsible for office management, travel planning and accounting at the Frankfurt office.
