Carolina Canales Cama has extensive experience in public law, particularly in human rights and environmental law issues. Prior to joining Pohlmann & Company, she worked for the Peruvian Constitutional Court for more than 12 years, including as Head of Cabinet of the President. There she was responsible for designing and implementing compliance systems in the area of anti-corruption and integrity management. She focuses on challenges related to human rights compliance in supply chains and compliance in sustainability issues. Carolina has an international perspective due to her academic and professional experience in Peru, Mexico and USA.
